Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Lift Artistry! We’re excited to support your brow transformation journey. Please review the policy below before securing your virtual consultation: 📌 Booking & Payment All virtual consultations must be booked in advance via our online platform. A full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. 🚫 Non-Refundable Policy Consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including no-shows or cancellations. This policy is in place to respect our time and resources dedicated to preparing your customized consultation experience. 🔁 Rescheduling You may reschedule your virtual consultation one time, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your payment. 🧾 What’s Included A private, one-on-one video consultation with a Lift Artistry specialist (up to 15 minutes). We’ll assess your brows, discuss the best technique for you, and answer any questions you may have. 📲 Technical Requirements Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime (as agreed upon). We recommend joining from a well-lit space for a better experience.
