Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and set aside time reserved for you exclusively. Should you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours in advance. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but transferable to a different appointment date if cancelled within the timeframe mentioned above. For touch ups rescheduled, make sure you fall within the 6-8 week time line. We do not provide touch ups to clients that exceed their 12 weeks after the first initial. Annual clients must be within one year of their initial service. All untimely cancellations will result in a LOSS of deposit.
